Charter vets are the best vets i have ever dealt with, the nurses are Angel's and treat your pet like their own, the surgeons are the ABSOLUTE BEST!.......My dog had to have quite a serious operation to remove a massive benign tumour that covered the top of her thigh muscle, went partly across her back protruded about 3 to 4 inches, it looked dreadful and was heavy (Let me say here that I did not have her from a puppy she was 2 years old at this point and had this problem when I got her) She had already had a big operation to remove this with ANOTHER VET (which cost a lot of money over 700) who told is it was impossible to remove it all without making her back leg lame and that it would grow back anyway so basically took part of it away and said if it wasnt causing her pain to leave it. It grew back rapidly and was as big as a large cooking apple to give you an idea of comparison. Charter vets were amazing, they made me feel so comfortable and the pre op care and post op care (which we didnt get with the other vets) was great. The operation was perfect, they took the whole tumour away, and said it came away quite easily, She had fabulous take home pain relief and I am over the moon to say that 3 years later she is in perfect health and no signs of THE NASTY coming back. THANKS A MILLION TO CHARTER VETS XXX And I would recommend anyone to use this vets 100%,

Been using Newcastle Charter Vets these for years for a succession of cats. Can't fault them and they have been very considerate and careful during lockdown. I never begrudge paying for a short consultation even if it ends up that the cat is fine - they're professionals who have to be paid an appropriate rate and they have a business to run. The reassurance they give and dedication they show is worth every penny.
