What truly amazing staff. While on holiday our dog needed an operation after swallowing a stone. They operated and cared for him for 3 days and nights. They constantly kept us updated throughout his stay. Even had wonderful texts each morning from the night nurses saying how he was and was having lots of cuddles. So reassuring. They dealt with the insurance company direct to save us that. I don't think they could have done more. A MASSIVE THANK YOU TO ALL.

I visited this place after reading reviews from Rabbit owners about Jason Burgess. They were so right. He is very knowledgeable and diagnosed my rabbit right away. I would recommend them to any rabbit owner. Be warned though - he's so popular that there's normally a waiting list of a week or so.

Very pleased with emergency treatment my dog received at Wood vets recently. Staff are very caring and inspire confidence. Highly recommend the practice.

Amazing vets who have treated my rabbits and rats over the last 7 years and always go the extra mile. Vet Jason is especially great with little creatures. I have had two pets neutered successfully, pets recover from short term illnesses, as well as a rabbit with a chronic health condition that is well managed thanks to Wood Vets. Other vets had stated there was nothing more we could try, but Wood Vets proposed a different treatment plan. As importantly, the receptionists are fab, even during this crisis, and a lovely lady (Wendy I think!) was very empathetic and calm on the phone when my rat was very sick the other day, which made me feel much better, and I was able to bring my rat in to be seen immediately. That service prompted me to write this review :)

Cannot thank all staff enough, for looking after Alfie with his general health and at the end of his time on January 31st 2020. We were heartbroken and totally devastated but through our ordeal we were treated with respect, compassion and genuine kindness by the vet who helped say goodbye and all staff who dealt with our needs on every step of the journey thereafter. Thank you so much to all.
