I was getting quotes on a new furnace and A/C, and added Bradham Brothers to my list at the suggestion of a family member. That was a good call. Gary was very knowledgeable during the quoting process and gave us several options so we could weigh features and price. Their price was reasonable compared to two other HVAC companies we compared. Our system was installed by Dylan, Tim, James, and a couple of others. They were professional and knowledgeable. Everyone wore masks and shoe covers in the house. The installation was clean and everything works great. We had a tricky setup with a humidifier and a generator load-shedding switch. They knew how to handle it all.

My downstairs heat pump was 19 years old and was struggling so it was due for replacement. The beginning of the 2018 was especially freezing for us and the pipes froze. I called Bradham Brothers and 3 other companies for quotes for a 16 SEER 2.5 ton Trane unit. Daniel came out the same day, was very thorough, answered all my questions and provided me with what proved to be the best quote for exactly what I needed. They scheduled the installation when it was convenient for me. The technicians were all very clean & professional while at my home for the full day of replacing the old unit. I have hired several contractors over the years for various jobs and this company stands out to me as really being exceptional. It won't be long until I call Daniel back to replace my old upstairs heat pump next. Side note... My dog was really happy to finally have heat coming out of the vent near his bed:)

Overall experience was great. Chris was able to diagnosis the issue and had the system back up and working in no time. First time using this company but certainly not the last. The two people I spoke with in the office to schedule the appointment could not have been nicer. I would highly recommend them for any needs you may have.

Every other company I've dealt with in the past in the Charlotte area has tried to rip me off, or sell me equipment that I didn't need. Bradham Brothers was straightforward, upfront, and did not try to screw me out of thousands for a simple part replacement. 10/10!
