ONLY GOOD THING there is hardly any waiting queue. BUT inexperienced staff with ZERO technical know how. Unable to solve any issue, been many times in last 3 years since I opened account here. No offence but HOPELESS service at this branch of ICICI. Moreover, they ask you to call ICICI customer care for any issue, even you are physically standing at this ICICI bank.

I wish I could rate them with a minus Five, the worst possible staff, If you think banks like PNB or SBI try these guys... I've had multiple instances of this branch's staff misbehaving with my staff, not responding to queries, they take more than a day to tell you your balance, well I've been trying to get the internet banking started and all I hear from them is, Sir let me get back to you...
