We were looking around on line at all the auto dealerships in Middle Tennessee trying to decide on which make and model of SUV would fit our needs. I had stopped in at Champion Chevrolet and did a quick look around. Devin greeted me right away. I told him I was just looking. He wasn't pushy and gave me his card. Steve and I decided to keep our business in Mcminnville and choose Champion Chevrolet. I called Devin and told him we were on our way.Devin helped us decide what vehicle would fit our needs. We choose a 2020 Chevy Equinox.Devin and Bill the finance manager were both awesome! We highly recommend Champion Chevrolet, along with Devin and Bill. We feel we received a fair price on our trade in and on our new Equinox!Great Experience!!

After speaking/visiting with multiple GM dealerships, I visited Champion Chevy here in my (new) hometown of McMinnville. Wow, what a difference in the atmosphere, the way I was treated, and the service I received compared to other dealerships. My consultant, Ernie, knowledgeable, laid back, and overall was just great to work with. He took time to understand my needs, concerns, answer questions, etc. Another dealership kept pushing me toward an Encore GX but I just did not like the style. Ernie kept saying, “you need to find a vehicle you love, not what someone else thinks you might like.” After some back and forth (hey, it is part of purchasing a car) we got everything settled with the price of the vehicle, the payment, terms, interest rate, etc. I also want to mention, they were fair on my trade. After this, it was time for a trip to the finance office. I usually hate this part more than the sales part, but Bill made it easy. He took time to explain everything, but was also respectful of my time and it did not take very long to get everything signed and taken care of. He did offer some “up sales” (again, it is part of purchasing a car) but did not pressure me into anything I did not want. After the sale was made, Ernie helped me get my items out of my trade. The sale was done, and he could have moved on to the next customer, but he made sure I was taken care of until the very end. I was even able to meet the owners of the dealership. I look forward to a great relationship with Champion Chevy in the years to come. All in all, it was a great experience and I recommend you check them out!

Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC made the process of buying my new truck easy. Everything was done via phone/email. My truck was dealer traded from another dealership who Kept an item that was supposed to be a “dealer installed option”. I pointed it out to Kevin Stafford (my salesman) who quickly got the issue resolved. Dealing with Champion and my salesman Kevin Stafford were great. I will definitely be using them when purchasing my next GM product.

We bought a 2018 Chevy Spark yesterday, 2/24/2020 and this was the best experiences we have had purchasing a vehicle from a major dealer! The Sales Representative, Kelly Maynard, was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was ready to assist us in any way he needed to. The Finance Manager, Bill Cross, was also awesome when we were signing the bank paperwork. He also answered any questions and had fast and friendly service as well! Bill was so friendly and went out of his way to assist us with our sale. We really enjoy our 2018 Chevy Spark!! :)
