A unique historical place dating back to over 2000 years. It's serene buildings and remaining few monuments are a true reflection of the sincere dedication and faith the people had in that period. The monumental efforts they invested to build this place with so much details is truly worth seeing and contemplate how they were living in that Era.

The biggest negative is the two price Thailand although here it's not quite so bad 100 baht for westerners 50 baht for Thai plus 50 baht for parking your car. Beautiful Khmer Temple well-maintained grounds and a beautiful peaceful atmosphere. Brought back fond memories of Angkor Wat.

I had a visit here from Buriram only use public transportation. Totally I paid around 1,000B. Here was interesting but have to pay too much and spend time visiting much more than looking inside. If somebody has a car and passes this area, this is a good option for visiting but I might don’t recommend much for other visitors. I was lucky for finding a driver for taking me to this area. I was thinking that rent a motorbike but the road condition was not good for driving a motorbike.

Very elegant ruin. I was amazed how they built this place. Worth to visit. We droved from Ayutthaya to Surin but we went to Buriram for Prasat Phanomrung to see this ruin.
