Extremely rude and unprofessional. The guy is very nice only at the beginning until he charges your money but if you have an issue that's when you see his real colors, he will have a temper tantrum and cuss you out. I rented a floor sander and it turned out not to be helpful to my project so my contractor returned it immediately within 30-40 minutes after rental, I was told to call in to get my refund and I did, the guy had an attitude as soon as I asked for reimbursement and refused to reimburse the 150 that I just paid so we argued about it as I told him that this is just not acceptable and not fair to charge me for 24 hours when I actually returned the equipment within the hour without even using it more than a few minutes.He refused so I asked for the manager, the guy told me proudly with an attitude that he is the owner and will not reimburse, finally he rudely stated that he just wanted me off his phone and out of his system and never to call him again so therefore he will charge a 50 fee and reimburse the rest. Note to the owner: Don't worry, we wont be calling you again cause you are disrespectful, you don't know how to have an adult conversation when you don't agree with your customers and you don't deserve our money!
