I went in for dot physical/ was a month before dr signed it and sent it back to the me, response when I called 3 TIMES was with Covid they aren't enforcing until after the first of the 1st of the year. This should not happen and they need to be timely, I'm sure they didn't wait a month to bill my company.

I haven't had a good experience with them. For over 3 weeks now, I've been dealing with a work injury. I have never been given anything for the pain, through these place. The Dr I see continues to keep me working, even when notified it causes more pain. He refuses to approve time off work because it would be, 'an OSHA recordable day off'. Doesn't care about my health, only about the work comp claim. I would NEVER recommend this place!

Recently called in to schedule an appointment due to a work injury and the receptionist had the NASTIEST attitude. I had never been to this facility before and asked simple questions, to which I got rude answers and was constantly cut off.
