It's a very convenient place to live. It is surrounded with numerous karinderyas and the convenient stores are in walking distance. It also has a near laundry shop. It is a good place to live if you want to study at CIT-U, or any nearby schools.

Cheap, good for students
The place is a three-storey building. The place is cheap specially for students (boys and girls). Two person can share in one room for 2,000 pesos per head every month. There are more than 60 rooms in the dorm and there are apartments in the first floor. The caretaker of the dorm is nice and surely will make you feel home. The dorm is close to Cebu Institute of Technology University which is good for students who are studying in the school. It is also near to canteens. The dorm is one ride from Port, Colon, Sm City Cebu and many more.
