Family house was good, a place to cook with some basic Cooking ware provided, the incharge was helpful.parking easily gets fullexpect to park outside along the road.

Good place to rent a motorbike! Not expensive. We had it 250/day for 4days
Staying for 3 days, so far so good, we have a room by the road so of course their is traffic and roosters, I just use earplugs Everytime I sleep anyways so it's not an issue. Aircon is good, bathroom is nice, all tile floors, clean place. No TV but I don't watch TV so it's ok. Have to park the car out on the road because all the motorbikes are inside the complex. Not sure if the water dispenser is working for one peso, it was empty when I passed by it. I like the room for 1200 pesos.
This is a good, affordable place to stay in Moalboal. The family running it is very nice and helpful. Their WiFi is super, super fast! The rooms are simple, just a place to sleep. Walking to the downtown Moalboal area takes about 10 minutes. You can catch a tricycle for 10 pesos per person. The owners also rent out motorbikes.
I love our stay there,if you like to cook your own food,its the best place. If you like to stay longer in moalboal you can save in this place.transportation is quite expensive,but i enjoyed there.
All is well but i hope the wifi is stronger since you can't use your data because of weak signal. They also have affordable bikes to rent with.
