Quaint lighthouse at the other end of the island, opposite the main town. Reachable by trike or walk if you have time. Sunset view is quite nice.

lighthouse was padlocked. locals said children used to climb up and nobody’s guarding it that’s why they decided to lock it up. small trail access to lighthouse
Finding the road heading up to the lighthouse is a bit tricky. There's a fence before going to the small trail leading to it. It''s a bit of a hike, but the sunset view from that point is amazing.
The place was so quiet. I think it was no longer working after the typhoon Yolanda hit it. (Guba jud kay gi igu gajud hahaa). Seriously, for me the place was creepy because it was already abandoned. Getting there was fun and a little feeling of tired. You need to hike and too hot when it's noon. Overall the view was amazing.
Good view but the way to the Lighthouse was hard to find.
As of July 2019, you still can't climb up. A sign states that it's government property and well, it's functioning as an active lighthouse, off-limits to the public. So you can stand on the lower concrete slab and have a decent view of the ocean and part of a beach. Otherwise, you can't have much of a view here unless you have a drone.
The hype up the lighthouses interesting we have to go through someone's house
It's a pity that the place could show case a nice view but was not maintained properly. Would be a good go to place when visiting malapascua.
