What wonderful opticians and what a wonderful welcome, It is almost like going to see your family. Firstly I had a problem with my eye, which, after a careful and thorough examination, was diagnosed and the remedy prescribed. Then I managed to break my spectacles, which were swiftly mended. Unbelievable; and on top of this the staff members are so efficient and friendly and work so well as a team. This is definitely the place to come for friendly and caring attention and for the best optical experience around.
Made an appointment to get two pairs of glasses fixed. Took 15 minutes. Got 2 pairs of glasses back mended, cleaned like new and the shop manager refused to take any payment as the job was too small she said. Literally made my day and now have a new destination for all things optical.
One to one - extremely helpful and friendly staff, first class and never an issue if there is later any problem with glasses. large selection of modern & classic frames, loads to choose from and help with what suits.
