Excellent service. Carl came to our house and was very efficient emailing us a quote for removing an old log burner and installing a new one and lining the chimney. The choice of stoves on display is mind boggling, something for everyone. Carl is incredibly helpful and his product knowledge is second to none. We are new to the area but have no hesitation in recommending CBL.

Looking for a stove/log burner, these guys have a fabulous selection , well presented shop and great technical knowledge.
We had an issue with the flue on our log burner. I phoned CBL before lunch and by 13.30 the same day they had resolved our problem.
