I do NOT recommend this business for anybody. The “boss” JOHN WURZEL has to be the rudest person I have ever met. Apart from being completely rude he’s abusive and made our experience in this store very very uncomfortable. Our children were scared as he was yelling so loud over us trying to return UNOPENED/UNUSED items! He made is very clear he was the boss and that he had no sympathy in us trying to return the unused products. He’s wife was trying to calm him down. We have a recording of him if we could upload it into this review we would. Absolute disgusting customer service, I have no idea who would want to deal with such a narcissist. 0 Stars is a fair review of how we were treated in this store !!!!!
Having been in business for many years and running salons across multiple states, I was at times beyond frustrated with some Victorian suppliers. This all changed when I started ordering from John Wurzel & Co. Professional, efficient, great stock, I couldn't ask for more. Marty is fantastic and an absolutely pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend this company.
