Requested service on our new rv for molding work under warranty. They did the oil change and all else on work order was never done. Avoid and find a service provider who will communicate and do the work contracted to do. How people like this maintain a liscence is beyond me

Well, here we go. Took my RV in because it was overheating. Requested coolant check. Six billable hours later and they called to say I, “we performed 6 flushes and Recommend something called thermo-flush. Was told the vehicle would be fine for 10,000 miles. 30 (THIRTY) miles later and engine overheated to 240. Took my RV to another service center and what they drained from my radiator was unreal given Cassones allegedly performed 6 flushes and then wanted to perform some sort of advanced treatment on the 3rd day. Cassones performed The flush without removing or inspecting the thermostat (which was destroyed by this point). This is something i found out should always be performed when flushing. Given the state of the coolant, they DID NOTHING But charge me nearly 1000.00. At 125.00 hour they did nothing to address the matter and inexperience caused thousands in additional charges. This place should have never attempted 6 flushes and recommend advanced treatment after 3 days. Given the State and condition the advanced treatment should have been performed the minute the radiator was drained. The new place did it right and my coolant is crystal clear after my the next 8 hours of driving. Well, they asked me for a review...here it is. Buyer beware...you’ll get a lot more hassle here.
