I met Attorney Casper five years ago, two months after I had been injured. I was unable to walk, very frightened and completely bewildered by the sudden and drastic change in my circumstances. Mr. Mike Iannucci - Sorry but I don't remember speaking to you at the end of December 2016. You're not represented by our office. Being rude to a potential new client does not sound like me. But on December 29, 2016 I was just a few days away from having a really big back surgery. So perhaps I was in a lot of pain when we spoke. I'm sorry. I often spend considerable time with callers listening to their stories - at least until they demonstrate an unwillingness to listen to me. Some callers think they have terrific cases; others simply want information. I always try to be patient and courteous. If you didn't get the benefit of that, I regret that you caught me on a bad day.
