I love red lobster. The food is always delicious. Good portions. Any requests are followed. Honestly services usually great. This time I had to wait until someone came to get a drink order. But one of the other hostesses noticed after sometime and took my drink order. By the time she got to the table with my water, the waitress was there. She was very sweet and service was great

The biscuits are still amazing!!! They added crispy brussel sprouts to the menu and they're awesome. Restaurant clean and organized. We'll be back.

Awful experience! Will never go again. My fish was tasteless and dry and the waiter couldn't stop talking about how much he hated working there. I used to love this restaurant. But it has gone completely down hill.

If I could do zero stars I would. The 86.5 sanitation grade should have been a warning. We went on Tuesday evening. When we arrived there was nobody at the hostess stand and we waited for several minutes. The hostess seated us and asked what we would like to drink. My husband ordered unsweet iced tea and I ordered water, no ice and lemon. I received water with ice. As we are frequent visitors, I didn't need to look at the menu. I ordered my usual, Walt's Shrimp, baked potato, salad with catalina dressing. I was told only one side comes with the basket. I said, I want the dinner not a basket. We don't have that any more. OK, then I'll have the basket with a baked potato and the salad. We only have caesar salad. Hmmmm, then I don't want one. The waitress left and placed our order. At least 5 if not 10 minutes goes by, and she returns. Sorry we are out of baked potatoes. Really? OK bring the fries. Dinner comes and I receive fries AND a baked potato. It took 40 minutes for us to receive our entree. We had to ask for refills on our drinks. Not returning any time soon.

Ate here on Valentines Day. Wasn't busy when we got there. We sat there for 10 minutes. Drinks (strawberry lemonade and bud light) took 15 mins to come. Food took another 30. About 4 hours after (only thing we ate that day) my husband and I both got very sick and turns out we have food poisoning. The only similar thing we ate was the salad. Plates were dirty and tge health rating is low. Coming from restaurants, I know in order to get that rating you have to have a bunch of violations. Won't be returning to this location again.
