De Alberstone was so professional and informative. His has great bedside manners and listens to your concerns without feeling rushed. His staff were also great they always made sure my needs were met and were attentive and very professional. Im so greatful to him and his staff.

Rocio and Susie made scheduling my appointment very simple, were very helpful and up to date on COVID regulations and guidelines. They even called me a day before to insure I remembered about my appointment and to make sure I would be able to attend. Dr. Alberstone was wonderful. He didn't just give me medical talk, he broke it down and he showed me my problem on a spine cadaver. Five stars all the way!!! Highly recommend this Neurosurgeon to anyone!!!!

Dr. Alberstone has a wonderful bedside manner, always asked me if I had any questions, and never made me feel rushed when talking to him. While at the hospital for my surgery I had 4 nurses tell me he had operated on their loved ones. My level of confidence in Dr. Alberstone couldn't have been higher. I feel lucky to have access to a surgeon of his calibur. Dr. Alberstone is an exemplary doctor and surgeon. I'm still healing, but am very satisfied with my experience. This office staff is really wonderful as well and and helped me everytime I needed any assistance.

As a new patient I called to set up an appointment. The first time I called I spoke to a woman and she had a bad attitude. Didn't ask me for my name nor my MRN. She put me on hold in the middle of my sentence. I was left on hold for a good while and then the phone disconnected. The second time I called, I spoke to another woman. She answered and asked for my name... before I could get my name out of my mouth she put me on hold again in the middle of my sentence. I was finally able to make my appointment but I felt their customer service definitely needs some improvement. I've heard nothing but good things about Dr. Albertstone and I truly hope I get the help I need while feeling like I'm actually listened to and not being brushed off. 2 stars because of my first experience but I'm hopeful.

He is so nice... Answers every question I ask him. He makes you feel like he really cares. He's a great Dr. The staff is great too!!!!
