Prompt, efficient and polite. Matthew kept me updated as to when he would be calling . He then advised me of the price of the repair which was very reasonable. Didn't proceed with repair as machine was 7 year old so decided to replace. I would definitely use Abbey Washing Machines again and would recommend to anyone.

Matthew was very pleasant and professional, showing me exactly what he was doing and explaining the repairs that were necessary, feel so much safer now as the build up of fluff inside machine was a serious fire risk .
