First off can I give higher than 5 stars ? This dealership has been God sent. I worked with the Stokes Volkswagon in Charleston SC and it was horrible. I moved here and had the mindset their all the same. I was completely wrong. I was stuck in a car lease that I did not know I had being the last salesmen told me I was purchasing my car. The sales manager Danny, omg he was amazing and made you I left happy not only did I get out my lease I purchased a 2020 Tiguan no lease a 0% interest. Want he do it ? They are super patient, understanding and kind. Understood my frown meant business but I was smiling from ear to ear once I left. And they partner with a lot of companies do my employment took an additional 500 off. Come on now !!! Get in here and do business with them. My sales Guy was Mr Albino he was amazing thank you so much if I didn’t tell you enough this week.

Let me just start by saying that Carolina Volkswagen is a top notch , well organized dealership! When I came in , I wasn’t sure if I should buy or lease a car , but after Richard and Danny so graciously spent a lot of time explaining my options I am very happy with my decision. Thanks to everyone involved at Carolina Volkswagen for helping my step son out with the lease of his first car! It was his first car transaction, so nerves were running high. After going to another VW dealership, I knew we could find better. I made one phone call for him and it was smooth sailing from there with Carolina Volkswagen. They offered 3K less down and 25 a month less expensive on a newer car!! I was even out of town and everyone at the dealership was ready and willing to dive in and help him through the process. When we realized he needed a co-signor, they took my info and still sent him on his way with his new car. I returned the next day for final signatures. They made it easy! He is more than thrilled! We appreciate it very much. I will definitely recommend this dealership over any other local around! Thanks for the exceptional service and a great car!

I recently purchased my second pre-owned Jetta in a year here! (My young adult son finally wised up and sold his expensive sports car!) Loved the personal attention from the ENTIRE staff! Compared prices in not only Charlotte, but also Atlanta, and couldn't find a better deal! The transaction went so smoothly that I kept expecting a glitch to pop up. It didn't! Vehicle plates arrived in a week! No call came that financing conditions were being changed. So different from horror stories I have heard and experienced from other dealerships.
