We use this company for our weekly trash pick up and have used them for almost 1 year along with a neighbor that switched at the same time from a competitor we both used for approximately 20 years. This company has never once missed a trash pick up and we get an email reminding of a holiday delay the week prior which is a nice reminder because we did get a schedule with our January statement that I don't need to look back on because of it and the few times I've called them you don't get nicer folks. We love everything about this company and the money we've saved is an added bonus.

I have seen their trash workers standing outside the truck drinking liquor on the job. They leave trash all in your yard if they drop it. And large appliance boxes you sit neatly by the trash can to be disposed of are left in the yard. Manager is a idiot this company is trash and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
They change their time and then will not come and pick up...if you try to cancel service they will charge you 25. Shameful a local company tries to operate with pathetic service in a time that you would think they would try to be loyal. Take your money and offer poor service like all the other trash places...no thank you, I'll dump mine. **UPDATE, they have amended and will come pick up as a one time courtesy.
I highly recommend Carolina Trash & Septic. The staff has always been great if we needed anything or had any questions. Their prices are reasonable and they are very consistent with their service.
Absolutely a great company; I called them to have my septic pumped and they were here in 3 hours and finished in 45 minutes. 2 guys on the truck working as a team getting everything done. Driver asked if he could park in my driveway not like another company that just drove on my lawn without asking permission and it wasn’t even necessary. I will definitely use this company again and even considering changing my trash service over to them. Thank you very much
