If you like to wait at least an hour to be seen, this is the place. If you want no help from the doctor when you need it, this is the place. They would not even agree to give my mom a letter about her history to give to new doctor treating her on hospice. You have to go there and pay for a copy of her records. Clearly, not patient oriented.

The facility is very nice and clean however the receptionist was very rude and impersonal. Waited for ten minutes until someone came to the window. After I tapped on the glass window she was not happy about that. I HAD NO CHOICE! Im sure he is a great doctor but his receptionist was not! Appointment was at 11am. A sign on glass window says “DO NOT TAP ON GLASS WINDOW “! It’s not a see through glass!
Waited 2 1/2 hours because they did not verify my insurance or save the faxed referral my doctor had sent. Very disappointed.
