I ordered a personalised pizza board as a gift yesterday and it was sent directly to the recipient and arrived today! My friend is over the moon with the gift! The express service has been fabulous and Judy was excellent, responding to emails and keeping me informed of dispatch. Very highly recommended service.
The glass engraving was excellent and the customer service even better, as they personally delivered it to me in time for Christmas, when the short notice lockdown meant that I was unable to collect, as planned.
Extremely disappointed with this purchase. Can hardly see the engraving - they say reason being 'they can only engrave on flat part hence size of font' - that being the case the glass isn't fit for purpose as an engraved item. They also say they 'have no problem with HONEST Reviews. Well this is just that ! Won't be using services again.
Lovely train but unfortunately the plaque on back had fallen off so I had to re glue it .
