I called them looking for a starter for my 1963 oliver 1600, and they had it in stock! This was my first purchase from them but the place was very nice and the staff was friendly, I will call them first if I need any more parts.

Have done business for years with them & always good to do business with until today 7-9-2019. Ordered several parts yesterday for the Simplicity Prestige purchased from them. Part 1722194 pulley hub assembly I was told is on back order. I asked the parts sales lady to call their supplier to get an estimated date the part would be available. She did call and was told end of July or August. I ask who I could call at Simplicity and she asked her sales manager. The sales manager's reply was, \He can check ebay or amazon himself for a part\, and walked away. I had plans to purchase a new zero turn or Prestige lawn tractor while at this location. However after the sales manager failed miserably at customer service, I cancelled my parts order and at that point had no intention of purchasing a new unit from them. I exited the Card Brothers store in Chesaning, Mi. and will go elsewhere to purchase a new 8000 mower. The managers attitude was rude to the sales clerk and he acted as though she was asking too much of him and he wasn't going to take his time to assist. Not a good display in front of the customer (me). Hope the manager has better days ahead. Larry H Corunna
