I came to car factory outlet excited to buy my first car from them. I purchased a 2011 fiesta with low miles for what seemed to be a fair price. Within less than 24 hours the car was riddled with problems. I immediately brought them to the attention of the man who sold me the car. The only thing he offered me was a can of Freon to deal with the leaking AC (which of course in no way would fix a leak), and never even addressed the other mechanical issues that made the car blatantly unsafe to drive. I was told that the owner of the dealership would reach out to me to remediate the situation. I had made several attempts to come in contact with the owner, but was unsuccessful for weeks. I then went to the attorney generals office in an attempt to simply get my money back for the vehicle. Not only did the dealership refuse the refund, they also submitted a statement to the attorney general, citing several conversations between me and the salesman that simply never happened. The salesman made it out to seem like the dealership made a genuine attempt to fix the situation, but the conversations that allegedly took place were completely falsified. These people are nothing short of shady. I’m really disappointed that this was my first car buying experience. Absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs.

I called about a a Hyundai Accent last week I was told it needed tires put on and to call the next day I did then was told to call the next day finally I was told it would be ready today I called and apparently the car had stains on the front seat mind you this is the first time I was told this and I’ve been in contact with them for a week very unprofessional the car is so dirty they should not be selling like it is they weren’t willing to detail it or anything or take money off plus he didn’t even have a plate for the car I wish the guy was just honest from the beginning I wish I could upload the photos because it’s really bad
