It was my first experience in a capsule hotel and I loved it. They provided everything to sleep, shower or whatever you need. Everyone was very respectful so I got a good sleep and didn't heard a noise. Its location is very convenient, near the crowded area but without the noise. I will Come back if ai visit Tokyo again
A great place to sleep and get refreshed. First things, this is a capsule hotel, the name should really give it away. It’s not big, it is a capsule. Personally I felt it was quite large for a capsule, I’m 6’2” and had no issue on length. I’m slender, so I have no idea how a larger person may feel on the width. Location is convenient, it’s just outside the party/entertainment district and has plenty of shopping and convenience stores located nearby. I checked in at 2am on a Saturday night and it was quiet. Have your passport or travel documents ready, as they will ask for them. I was charged 5,000 (less than 50 U.S. ) and checkout was 11am. You are assigned a locker for your valuables and clothes. It is about the size of a high school locker, so don’t plan on putting your rolling bag in it, there is space above the locker to put your bag, but it is not secured. I locked my rolling bag in one of the lockers at the Shinkansen station and it’s staged for my train departure tomorrow. Checkin is on the 4th floor, the men’s area is on the 4th and 5th floors, after checkin, women are located on the 3rd floor. There are washers and dryers, shower facilities, and other bathroom amenities. You are provided slippers, pajama shorts and shirt, a hand towel, a body towel and a mesh bag. The capsule was comfortable and has a plug to charge your phone. The pillow was good and the blanket was soft. This is a great hotel in a convenient area.
This place was awesome! Very nice and new. Everything is provided. Tooth brush, tooth paste, razor, shaving cream, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and towels. Bed was comfortable and everything was easily assemble. Great stay!!!
The receptionist was very friendly. Capsule's environment is clean and comfortable.
Good enough! Low price, clean accommodation and excellent location. Located right at the edge of the korea town area and leading into the golden gai area with a 5 minute walk. Reccomend if you're looking for no frills but a good place to stay. 4 stars because of staff.
Very clean place just like any Japanese facility. All necessary amenities are provided including toothbrush, towels, shower room, locker, etc. The place was quiet on a Friday night, not overly crowded.
