I wasn’t sure what kind of car I wanted when I came in. I just knew I wanted a high-end luxury vehicle. My first salesman was fairly new and didn’t know that much about the vehicle I was interested in. I came back the next day and was greeted by Jeremiah Franklin. What an awesome guy! He knew the product inside and out and was not pushy in any way. He understood when I wanted to compare other brands and was patient while I looked at them too. But he was so knowledgeable and I felt his love for the Mercedes. He helped me complete the sale quickly, and went over and above to train me on all of the new technology and options. Definitely made me feel part of my new Mercedes family.

They are a great servicing center for BMW and Benz. Very quick. Best if you schedule your service. They offer shuttle service to drop off and pick up. Fresh brewed coffee with a real coffee machine that actually tastes really good. Service consultants are very personable and professional. They went above and beyond each time I was there.

Absolutely outstanding. I live in Atlanta, and bought a 2016 BMW without first seeing it. I was a bit nervous that the pics were just really nice....Jeremy C. really helped me out; he drove the car from Tallahassee to Atlanta for me! He's a certified \BMW Genius\, which is a real thing, and knows the cars backwards and forwards. Could not be more pleasant to deal with. Patricia C. helped me with the paperwork for the transaction, and that could not have gone smoother. Finally, another man named Jeremy C. (they have 2 Jeremy C's!) was super helpful with the BMW protection products like extended warranties and so forth. All were very professional and knowledgeable. The car arrived **without a single scratch**....even the wheels were absolutely pristine. Capital Eurocars is recommended without reservation. I'll be back when it's time for a Benz, for sure!
