I ordered package 'A' for my college graduation and had a few concerns. I left one voicemail on a Sunday afternoon and my call was returned immediately Monday morning. Connie was an incredible help! She took the time to explain all of my concerns and questions with absolutely no rush. The customer service Connie gave was exceptional. The photographs came out better than I expected. I would most definitely use this company again. Highly recommend.

I ordered the second basic package that had over 40wallet sized pictures. I received them and all of my wallet pictures are grouped in 4s on one sheet. So now I have to find a way to cut them evenly and perfectly without cutting into the picture attached to it. Considering I spent 100 the wallet sized pictures could have been precut!!!! I've never had a company leave the wallet size pics together. Now I'm delayed on delivering my announcements because I don't have wallet sized pictures.
