Excellent place, clean, delicious and fare price. Paisa and his family give you the best service and make you feel very welcomed, you can't ask nothing more!! You may drink Hot cocoa, horchata, or a soda with your tamales. Just be careful the tamales are very hot since they're fresh cooked. 200% recommended. I loved the mole and rajas with cheese, not spicy at all, also try the tamales dulces if you like Sweet taste

These are the best central - México style tamales in Cancun, bar none. While other tamale makers are quite deft at making the local banana leaf - wrapped \colados\, \torteados\, \vaporcitos\, and local specialties like the Queen's Arm or the Mugbipollo (a huge charcoal roasted tamale sold throughout November), none other than the Paisa seem to understand the nuisances of the preparation of the dough for corn-leaf - wrapped tamales. My only regret is that the Paisa only has four varieties of his heavenly México City wares: green sauce and chicken, mole sauce and chicken, cheese and jalapeno, and sweet tamale with raisins. Try the atole, too: a drink based on cornmeal, sugar and some fruit for flavour, served near boiling hot. Let it sit and cool down! It's worth the wait!
