Staff is excellent and courteous. I would recommend this VA Clinic to other eligible veterans.

It moves at a good pace and the employees are helpful and respectful. My primary-Dr.Stengel is worthy of a Nobel Prize. He will not give up on the improvements he suggests you make for your own health. The dude is a subtle bulldog.

The staff is always respectful and courteous. It’s much closer to my home than the VA hospital. World for me!

A very bad experience for my first time visiting this VA clinic, I don't plan on visiting there again. Except for the receptionist who tried his best to be polite, the staff is unprofessional, insensitive and rude.. When I arrived at the clinic there were only 3 people sitting in the waiting room ahead of me, I was already expecting to wait since I didn't have a scheduled appointment. The receptionist told me I might have to wait awhile, but he would check me in as a walk-in. After waiting for an hour the receptionist informed me that I might not be seen because there was not enough doctor's available, he asked me to have a sit again and he would double check to be certain. At this point I could tell he really didn't know what to tell me, I think he was trying to be nice since I had been waiting so long and he could clearly see I was not feeling well. So now I've been waiting an hour and fifteen minute's when he tells me I would not be seen today. This was on a Friday and by now it was near closing time. I noticed some of (what I think were nurse's and maybe tech's) were gathering around be-hide the reception area and looking in my direction waiting for me to leave since I was the last person. I was hurt and upset for the lack of sensitivity of this staff. Meanwhile the receptionist asked if I wanted to set up a telephone appointment for Monday.. I couldn't believe this as I stood there feeling like I was about to pass out, I left there feeling worst than when I first walked in.
