Horrible service. The day they took my mother's body on New year's day 2021. I called the place and they said she wasn't there. They want to charge me 2,500 for cremation, it's much cheaper prices in the valley of Arizona. I received my mother's death certificate today. 1/14/21, but Pam the director told me to call the vital records in Phoenix a week from today's date to receive my mother's death certificate.She LIED, I GOT IT TODAY. On several occasions they NEVER returned my phone calls. I have to actually drive one hour from Mesa,AZ to physically tell her what I needed. PAM!!! actually got into the family affairs which professionally she shouldn't have. Why I was walking out the door I have muffled something to myself, she actually shouted while the door was closing,\Are you talking to me\?!... HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is not a place I’d normally write a review about but I feel it’s needed in this case. My mother passed earlier this month. I met with Herb Roberts who was one of the funeral directors. He is extremely professional, experienced and thorough! He made sure and double checked that everything I needed was complete. He provided the utmost care to my mother and making sure her ashes were protected until her burial. Most of all, he was patient and kind! This is something that we need more of in this world. I highly recommend this funeral home to all!
