It’s extravagant I might say. Cambridge and Oxford may be similar but the architectural building in the heart of Cambridge is more intriguing than Oxford. You can easily walk from St. John’s College to another one. And you can access the market just in a short walk. I had a nice day here twice with a friend, it is also free for you who attend the religious ceremony. Otherwise you have to pay admission ticket.

One of the porters is not friendly, told us off the bridge even though all 5 of us were uni students. Buttery food not nice. View (new court) etc is nice. Cripps building good.

A really great college that hosts a fabulous May Ball for the end of academic year festivities. Even in the rain, this party went over and above what was expected and was such a lot of fun. The fireworks were incredible, there was a giant load of punts in the river waiting to catch them. The activities were great - future telling, star sign reading, all very interesting, a doughnut wall, punts filled with drinks, so much food (some fantastic steak), a table stacked with fruit! It had everything. The college itself is beautiful as well, architectural paradise for anyone that likes that sort of thing.

One of the must-visit colleges in Cambridge, St John's has huge grounds, so you would probably take some time to explore the whole place. Look out for the famous Bridge of Sighs and the stunning building near the river cam which is covered in leaves during summer/autumn time.

St John's otherwise know as Johnsbridge is the only college worthy of all positive superlatives. While rumours claim that students would rather be at Oxf*rd, serious studies conducted over the course of two years have debunked them. There is indeed no sign of any student who would rather be at Oxf*rd than St John's (Trinity College students were not interviewed as their opinion was deemed irrelevant). Johnsbridge offers its students an incomparable experience who's merits have not ceased to be lauded since Lady Margaret herself layed the corner stone of the chapel in 1511. There truly is no place one would rather be!
