Super friendly staff. Im always greeted with a hello and smile. The inventory is always a surprise!! Most is brand new and well organized. The store is bright and always a look forward to.I really appreciate being able to shop online if needed as well.

Its a nice size restore and whenever they have stuff its always good and organized but i think their inventory is always very less as compared to other restores i really want that they advertise more on fb like other restore so may be they get more donations.Staff is very nice.
*Update* I guess I was wrong about new management. Same person same stuck up attitude. No change. I won't be returning. I recently saw the job ad for store manager. Thank you for finally replacing that disaster in Cambridge. When the store closures are over it will be nice to see a new direction at this Restore. The manager constantly changes pricing. Some items have like 5 or 6 different stickers on them. Tough questions and comments are met with dirty looks or by calling other employees over to complete requests. There is always some sort of diversion tactic to cover for unwillingness to address issues. For a charity the manager seems far too snobbish and entitled.
Limited selection and that is ok but Way over priced for a donation restore , as good as paying in big box stores but no guarantees. One can get better price on Kijiji
Low price, usually plenty options and staff are usually very friendly and helpful.
