ususally happy with this place but today 3 employees includeing the only cashier had masks with their noses totally uncovered! Asked for a manager and they refused to call for one. so I left

I hadn't been to this Goodwill yet and I was quite surprised to see how large the showroom was. And it wasn't just the massive space but the massive space was full of merchandise. The store is surrounded by a number of trendy Scottsdale stores and restaurants I'm sure you'll find plenty to do there besides shop at Goodwill.

The prices here are extremely high. Who is going to buy a pair of USED Athletic Works (Wal-Mart brand!) sweatpants for 12.99?!? That's insane. I stopped by here on Thursday 1.00 tag day and I could not find ONE of those colored tags anywhere in the store. I will NOT be back.

On 2 occasions, the same cashier, senior man, while he attends, takes his cell phone and starts to send texts while I wait for my receipt I had to ask for my receipt

I am very frustrated with this location. I bought clothes for an interview and due to their dressing rooms being closed, i purchased multiple outfits to try on with intents of returning what didn’t fit. I asked TWO people on the day of purchase to confirm their return policy, in which BOTH told me I would be refunded on my card. Today I came to return what didn’t work (a fairly substantial amount of money btw) and the manager who helped me not only was incredibly rude, but told me they only gave store credit for returns. Obviously that’s not her fault, I understand store policy but I didn’t appreciate her being so rude I felt like crying. Also why were two associates misinformed of something as simple as return policy?? Super disappointed in my service. Won’t be returning in fear of having to deal with the horrible manager.
