We swapped our gas cast iron fireplace with a woodburning cassette. Embers supplied and fitted it, adding a non-existent lintel on the chimney and all done in one and half days. Extremely professional and friendly, I don’t have any hesitations in recommending their services to anyone.
Absolutely brilliant service from Steve and Ian. Thanks so much for a wonderful new Gazco fire and we are really grateful you removed blockages from the chimney that the previous company didn’t check. Was good to see the camera going up the chimney to check it! And thanks for the free chimney pot cover for the other chimney we don’t use! Well appreciated. Highly highly recommended.
We used Embers to replace a leaking hot water tank. Polite, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend. Thanks Embers for helping with our emergency
Steve is very knowledgeable and honest. Good customer service and very nice end product.
