While I really liked the counselor that my daughter saw, the billing office is incompetent. We were double charged multiple times for visits. I would always pay prior to my daughter being seen and then receive a bill in the mail requesting the co-pay yet again. I had to call them and show proof of payment numerous times. If you choose to go here, hold on to your receipts! The counselor that my daughter saw is no longer there anyways, so my advice is to avoid this group.

Children are children and should have equal opportunity to services regardless of insurance. Its very disheartening when you are trying to refer a child and the first question is what insurance do they have. Not to mention my question was never answered but instead I was hung up on. As professionals, you can do better. These are kids who need help.
