I run a small grassroots organization helping children in crisis and was operating out of my basement and in desperate need of more space for inventory and space for packing backpacks. I live close to the Chaparral location and thought I would give them a call and just ask if they may be willing to help our small organization out with a small donated storage unit. The staff at Chaparral was super helpful and forwarded our request off to their team immediately for feedback. The team at Sentinel didn’t hesitate to step up, find out exactly what we needed and offered us a unit to get us started. Since then, they have contributed to our organization with donations and have since provided us another unit as we’ve grown. The team at Chaparral is always welcoming whenever I stop in for boxes or questions and whatever they can’t answer immediately, the find out. They are a great bunch of human beings! Sentinel Chaparral provided an exceptionally clean and safe place to store our valued household items. The building is secure and it is easy to unload and load even large items. The staff were incredibly friendly, flexible, and very professional. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a storage facility.

Great facility for storage. Love the fact you can drive inside to load and unload. Very clean and well kept. Lots of different sizes to choose from. Not the cheapest place in town though.

The lot is very clean (spotless). Overhead doors, keypads, lifts are all working well and very reliable. Not a single time we experienced any glitch. And the most important thing and why this location stands out is they have very friendly and respectful team, led by their manager Inah Castillo. Highly recommended!!!

The best place to store your items. Everything is well organized and clean. Secured with cameras and alarm. Ladies who work there are professional and friendly.
