Paul and Robyn have been a pleasure to work with, they are both professional and personable. I love dealing with Paul, he is very easy to talk to and co-ordinate deliveries with. They are very organized which makes each pick up and delivery a breeze to do. This is one of the best yards all around to deal with. It’s an absolute pleasure going there and dealing with the staff. Thank you for keeping things running smooth.
Everyone was friendly and great to deal with. The whole process from purchasing to delivery was super easy and simple. They had one of the lowest prices in the city for used shipping containers.
I have been using Secure-Rite for moving houses for my last three home moves, one from Kelowna to Calgary and two inner-city moves. Each time the experience was fantastic. I cannot for the life of me understand why someone would pay more money for a “you haul” when you can get a container for about the same money if not for cheaper. With a truck you need to move a house in two or three days. With a container you can take 15d to load and have 15d to unload on the other end.
Office staff are polite, knowable, once details were discusse, delivery of container arrived quickly, leveled and ready for use. Pick-up was fast and efficient. I would deferentially use this service again.
