I'm very surprised with so many bad reviews, I went to last saturday to buy my running shoes and the lady who helped she was amazing, I don't remember her name, but she just guided me to the best option, first time running with my new shoes and I could feel an impressive improvement. Thank you very much.

Costumer service was horrible! While waiting to be served I overheard her on the phone speaking very rudely so I continued looking for what I needed. I grabbed the Strassburg sock and went to the counter, asking the lady if she had the same as online sales, she responded not everything, were you looking at this store? Yes I was. I pulled it up on my phone and showed her the products she grabs a 15 dollars box and said I dont usually do price changes. Well its stated your store and on sale 10 dollars I grabbed another box same item 10 on box she said well I still have to check the price. HUH I'll just take this one for 10. She wouldn't do that. And continued to look online So i said forget it just ring me up for the first item I put on the counter.. I was probably the only sale this week. No extra sales for them today!!! So rude

I called to ensure you guys were open until 6 which you confirmed as yes, and said I would be there shortly. I arrived at 5:35 and the store is closed. You just lost yourselves a sale as I will be taking my business elsewhere

Running room locations throughout the city are usually great! However, I had a terrible customer service experience at the Eau Claire store. I bought a hat which I decided I didn't like the look of, and attempted to return it after leaving it in the bag with the receipt for a week. The hat had literally never been worn, with the cardboard insert and non-removable tag still inside. I was told by the lady who sold it to me that she knew I had worn the hat, and that she refused to return it.... She also decided that a few white marks (which were on the hat when I bought it) were proof that I had used the hat. I would highly recommend avoiding this location, and visiting one of the other stores around the city. Or at the very least, doing your returns at a different location (which I ended up doing with no problems)

Super nice, super friendly. They took the time to make sure I got the shoes that were best for me. I would recommend them to anyone. I'll definitely be going back when I need new ones.

Positive experience. It's surprising how much inventory this store has in their space. Staff are knowledgeable about products and take the time to ensure a proper fit. Items are more expensive because they're designed for special purposes.
