I was considering a Peloton treadmill but I wanted to try it our first. I was able to book an appointment at my convenience. I was able to try the treadmill and the peloton class app out. Brant and Michelle were amazing! I was super impressed with them and their knowledge and ability to answer all my questions.
I love the bikes but by employing xpo logistics you are spitting in the face of all people. They hate the environment and are extremely wasteful and do not recycle
Peloton may have the nicest spin bike on the market , but there customer service is the worst. I purchased the bike online and was advised you could use a referral code to save money ! My friend recently bought a bike and I wanted to use her code , I contacted the Calgary store to look up her code , the sales rep SUSANNE found the code but would not give it to me as she states “because I was not supporting local!” She was so aggressive she hung up the phone on me . I called back to speak to a manager but he was not available, I got a contact email for him (Paul) and let him know how his employee was treating customers it also took him over a week to reply as well and still waiting on response back. I also reached out to the Canada customer service almost a month ago and still yet to receive a reply back. For the most expensive spin bike on the market you would think you would get the best service but that is not so! The bike is also 12 week delivery time so don’t think you will be getting a product quickly . I would actually give the Calgary location zero stars if I could they are only looking for sales and not on creating a customer relationship
Having the option to workout at home with a first class piece of equipment is PRICELESS. Love my peloton! #togetherwegofar
When spending upwards of 3000 on an exercise bike I expect my experience to go smoothly. I ordered by bike through a store associate to “support local” and have experienced soooo many issues. The store does not act as a point of contact and every time I’ve phoned in I’ve been told tough luck and to call Peloton directly. Very disappointed. Order your bike online.
We had a great experience with Michelle making our order this weekend. She knows her stuff and couldn’t have been more helpful. Easy to communicate with by email with more questions after seeing her at the store too which was a plus. Thanks again.
