This is the absolute WORST company I've ever encountered. I've been waiting for the correct order for my blind for almost a year now. I ordered blinds and they didn't get me the correct measurement TWICE, the right color or the right hardware. This is the most unprofessional company ever. We decided to go with them because we wanted to save money but I completely regret our decision considering the headache it has caused us. The owner has ignored my calls and voicemails and has yet to get back to me. I've given up despite still not having the right blinds, a year later. The money you save with this company will not be worth the headache you'll encounter. You'll have to go elsewhere to buy blinds anyways and spend twice as much. Do yourself a favor and avoid them. I can't believe they are still in business despite their awful customer service and unprofessionalism.

Would give 0stars, but unable to. Terrible customer service. Promise a date and time for installation then ignore calls once time has come for them to be put in. Not impressed, save your guises money and shop elsewhere!
Same day home repair service service! Picked up blinds in the morning and back by 5 pm! To say it’s the best service is an understatement. Absolutely fantastic!
Horrible service, unprofessional, delayed delivery, and lie on top of lie. I don't recommend using Mars Blinds.
Not recommended. Delayed schedule to deliver services. Engaged in August for blinds and drapes and services is yet to be completed in December. Quality of service delivery is low and below expectation.
