From first asking for an estimate for the shutters to the man who came to measure up and the two fitters that fitted the shutters everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The fitters arrived on time and just got on with it answered any questions we had as to progress They were very tidy and left no mess at all Very pleased with the shutters which look great both inside and from outside. Would recommend Chichester Shutters to anyone wanting a job well done.

We had six rooms fitted with shutters, three of which were rooms with large bay windows and we are very, very pleased. They not only make the rooms seem brighter, but smarter too. Lovely, clean lines and very easy to operate. The fitters turned up exactly on time (well, a couple of minutes early) were very friendly but Covid-aware and completed the work in less time than was estimated. They left our home clean and tidy. Great team. Would recommend Chichester shutters without hesitation. Just wish we needed more!
Chichester Shutters were professional and a pleasure to deal with. Mike, who measured up, spent a long time getting everything right and making sure we were entirely happy. A bit of a delay in fitting because of lockdown but it was well worth the wait. Luke did a great job with the fitting taking so much care over getting it all perfect. We are so delighted with the finished product, they look great and we have had so many compliments, we would not hesitate to recommend Chichester Shutters.
My neighbour had Chichester Shutters installed and I asked her about them as I was looking to replace venetian blinds that didn't work too well with my high ceilings. I contacted Chichester Shutters and quickly had a quote that I accepted. Installation was delayed because of lockdown but as soon as possible a man came & took exact measurements. Not long after that, the Shutters were ready for installation & I am delighted with them. Very stylish. I understand that Chichester Shutters is a family firm and they all work as a team. All the staff are charming and keep you advised of progress throughout the stages from initial contact to installation. Our shutters fit perfectly and have been made to a very high standard. Overall we are delighted that we discovered Chichester Shutters and decided to take the plunge and trust to their expertise. The shutters are everything that they promised and we would not hesitate to buy from them again if we decide to have more shutters installed in our home.
