This is one of the best companies to work for and they put animal welfare before anything else no matter what kind of weather there is and we all do know about Alberta weather and most of us thinking below -40 But in North it gets to -48 and still there very well taught and well informed drivers and well kept equipment transport birds from farm to plant very safely and comfortably and most of all very very clean and best management in the world and in the seven years I worked there I swear I never seen any irregularities, I seen very understanding management, bird and employee safety first. They will not even pick up any birds that are even slightly wet because of heat in winter just cause they don’t want birds to feel any unnecessary harm during transporting them from farm to plant when it’s below minus 30. I can say all that because I worked there for 7 years and was best job in the world and I am only owner of 2 trucks but man I really don’t understand why people put Lilydale down sometimes. This is the best chicken you can feed your family I can say from own experience. Also please don’t think I am sucking up to my employer I do not work there any longer. I WAS FARIED. I still think it’s an wonderful company.
