We were first timers to the escape room experience and we chose The Vault not knowing it was rated 'Expert.' Despite that, our family of four really enjoyed ourselves and the iPad hints were a nice add. Even nicer was the thoughtful staff. We weren't able to complete the challenge in 60 minutes but they offered us more time since there was no one booked after us. It was an appreciated gesture because we were able to finish the challenge and escape! It made for a memorable experience on my son's birthday. We will definitely be returning.

We did the Egyptian theme, Rise of Ra and we PASSED with 3 minutes left on the clock! It absolutely felt like we we're in Egypt, I got a tan ! The room is so impressive, sand and all! Definitely (Definitely! ) recommend this Escape room!! It was intense to say the least! Talk about real life Indiana Jones!!
A very fun escape room! We did the Vault a while back and got out with the help of that trusty iPad. A great way to provide hints, because it makes it customized to your needs at the moment. The staff was super friendly and accommodating when we needed to add an extra person (me!). Thank you so much for the fun times!
First time at level 1 and the experience was great! My group did the Rise of Ra and it was very different than the usual rooms, i wont reveal any hints though! I forgot the name of the guy who helped us into the room but he told us the rules and story and was very patient and kind answering all our questions. Would definitely try again
Nicely run escape room center with very interesting rooms. I especially liked the fall out theme and have returned to try other rooms.
Been here a few times already and it's always been a pleasant experience. Friendly and accommodating staff and interesting escape rooms. I totally recommend the horror themed ones :)
Really enjoyed this place. We did the Haunting of Apartment 103 and totally fell back once because of a little scare we were not prepared for. Xandy was friendly and on the ball! We got out of the room with 17 minutes to spare, because we are THAT good lol. Overall, we had a blast and wished we could have done another one right after! We probably would have if there was a half off deal :P
First time visiting an escape room with my boyfriend and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The escape room that we tried was The Rise of Ra and we thought it was great for beginners! I really like the decorations of the entire room and overall, the experience was great! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice challenge.
