First time at this Fatburger location, the food is good and the place is clean. Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Food is pretty good, burger was a little greasy. Would have given more stars but the counter lady was atrocious (older lady with glasses). Did not feel welcome at all and she genuinely seemed annoyed by our presence. She was exceptionally rude to us! After we ordered I went up to order an extra drink and legit was scared for my life haha I wasn’t going to leave a bad review about her terrible manners because you never know what someone might be going through to make them that way, but after reading some other people’s reviews that also included her lack of customer service skills, I decided to. It wouldn’t kill you to smile to your paying customers! She must be the owner since she hasn’t been fired yet. Prob won’t be back. Five guys has nicer people!!
Honestly I feel like they have really declined over the last year or so. We got lunch the other day...60 dollars for 3 people, me and my daughter got wings my husband did the chicken burger. His was pretty good, but the wings were pretty flavorless, we both got honey garlic... got a tiny hint of the garlic but not sweet at all. I'm not sure if they have the wrong flavor or if that's how it is. The reason we got the wings was the last time we got the mushroom burger it was so salty it was actually in edible. Usually the service is good but the counter lady was quite rude the last time and seemed to be in a very bad mood. We used to eat here allot a few years ago.... and slowly have been going else where...i do believe the last time is actually it last time. I don't mind paying premium prices... but it needs to be worth it... sorry fat burger but I've had enough of your inconsistencies
I love the chicken tenders (they are no inexpensive) but if you have a to-go order (consistently) I get a very small amount of chicken vs. what I would be given if eating in. Today I ordered the 12 piece chicken tenders portion and the amount they gave me (and the size of the tenders) was not acceptable; this was after being given a tip. I believe I will have to start going to another location.
I'm a huge fan of this place. I've learned however to ask for the meat to be cooked well well done otherwise it's got this weird goop. I honestly hope it's not trans fats. But with all that it's still an amazing place to grab a real sizable burger and they use real cheese, ten steps ahead of 5 Guys.
Love the food, service is good but there were unmasked people waiting in the line, ordering and then waiting for their food. There are signs saying they will provide masks for those not wearing it which is obviously not followed. I’m not expecting the employees to enforce this as they’re not paid enough to do so, but the store should be following bylaws. Didn’t appreciate it.
Love the food and the milkshakes. For that ill give 3 stars. This location loses 2 stars tho for the poor customer service. The lady who took my order clearly dosent enjoy her job. Perhaps a walmart door greeting job to lighten her spirits in the future would help
