Booked a truck to rent for a weekend away. The day of pick up, was told a credit card was the only method of payment. No other alternative. This information was not mentioned in the booking, and should be listed. They were less than helpful with finding any solution. The girls working the counter were very short and rude. I called another rental company and within an hour had another vehicle and was on the road.

Extremely worth prices. Nice services. We rented 2 vehicles for 3days but unexpectedly we couldn't return the vehicle on time and we returned late night. But they were really generous and charged us only for 3days and nothing for the delay. We loved their service and would recommend them. But I personally hated the policy of driver's age to be 25.
Highly unprofessional, I did a reservation after getting to know online availability of Mini Van. On day of travel, I get a call to be told that vehicle is not available. My plan got ruined because of this..Disappointing place..will never ever think of booking vehicle from this company.
What a horrible team and a highly unprofessional group of employees. Just rude. I witnessed them unable and or unwilling to help a single mom with her 2 year old who were visibly ready to go camping. She went to enterprise and was on the road in no time. In short I didnt give them my service either...and this was the Friday of the labour day long weekend
Oh man. I called two months ahead of my wedding to reserve a large SUV(8 passenger) to ensure that we had a boujee vehicle to roll around in. They called the DAY BEFORE OUR WEDDING to tell me that they didn’t have the SUV I booked TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE. They offered me a ford transit like it was comparable and to my benefit. The customer service was mediocre at best - they didn’t even attempt to compensate or find another SUV. 0/10. Wouldn’t recommend.
