Calgary Lighting was very eager to retrofit our condo building with new LED lighting. Their sales team was very persistent, and sold us on the project in the summer of 2020. We paid them our deposit and they said \we will get going on this right away\. Here we are now 7 months later and no work has been done. Lots of excuses that they have no stock due to lights coming from China and Covid. Did they not know this when we gave them our money and they promised to start the project right away? They've promised several times to keep us updated, but it's been months now since we heard from them. We have asked for our deposit money back, and now they aren't responding to us at all. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Great company to do business with. We have worked with Calgary Lighting Products for five years and look forward to more business with them. Calgary Lighting Products has incredible customer service and an extensive knowledge of the Alberta market. We highly recommend working with them for your next commercial lighting project.
We had been doing business with CLP for over 5 years now, they always provide with the right product, all LED lights products we purchased are reliable and lower the cost of the building with electricity bill, the people there are friendly and very knowledgeable ,and I want to mention Soleil, as one of many people who work hard in there, thanks again and we are looking forward to keep doing business with CLP.
Our condo corp chose CLP to retrofit our buildings. They were very eager for our business and eager to get going on it. But as soon as they got our deposit back in August 2020, they seem to have all but disappeared. Five months later and we've still got nothing! The project hasn't even started! After repeated requests for follow up and requests for some sort of response and timeline update from CLP, they will only say the product is \on order.\ On order since August? C'mon! We have asked CLP for proof of our money going toward our order, but they have failed to provide it. They've had our money since August and we have zero product to show for it, and we have had zero communication from CLP regarding when or if this project will ever start! C'mon, guys! Where's our money at, and where's our product? Where's this incredible customer service you and others boast about?
