About a month ago I went into the store to buy a milling machine. The one that I was interested in was on sale and the website said they had it in stock. While I was looking at the display model I was interested in two employees walked by me and didn't even acknowledge my presence. After about 10 minutes of standing there I went up to the sales counter to ask about buying one. I was told by the man behind the counter that they only had the display model and it wasnt for sale (missing pieces). He told me they would have some more on August 8th. So I put a deposit on one and left. On August 10th I called to see if it was in and was informed that they were on backorder and wouldn't have any in stock for at least two months. I explained that I was told they would have some on the 8th. The fellow on the phone said that they have been on backorder for months and they were not expecting any in on the 8th. So I was lied to by one of of their employees. I immediately went to the store and got a refund of my deposit. I would have to give them a big fail for lying to customers and terrible customer service. Today I went there again to buy a die. When I walked in there were three employees standing at the front counter chatting away. Didn't acknowledge my presence again. I walked over to the machine tool section looking for a die or tap and die set. After looking around for a bit I had to walk back to the front and ask for help. Again no stock even thought the website said they do. I doubt I Will ever shop there again.
