Used Alsford first time as needed to buy MDF panel cut to size. Catherine who took my call on Friday afternoon was amazing and communicated with me via email. Following morning, I received a phone call to say it is ready for collection! In today's climate where online ordering is the norm, personalised customer service like this are few and far in between.
