Iv seen Ben for a few months in regards to functional patterns movement therapy. he has been tremendously helpful and really knows his stuff, I would recommend him to anybody that I know. I have seen a few practitioners and Ben is by far the most professional and on the ball. I don't feel a dollar is wasted when working with him he never rushes a session and has an excellent way of grasping and communicating what he wants from you. he has helped me get to the root of many of my problems and I am very grateful to have him in Calgary.

Ben is a great trainer. Learning his techniques made me feel more comfortable in my skin and changed the way I move. Everything he teaches makes a lot of sense. Working with Ben might not make you look super beefy right away, but it's like getting a manual for how to operate more comfortably and effectively in your body.
Benjamin is one of the top trainer for in the world. If he’s around you, don’t waste any more time. Give it a try, I am confident you’ll not regret it. I only work with him online but I am really impressed with is ethic: he’ll make sure you get a lot out of your session.
I have been training with Ben for some months now; the work we have put in has given me amazing changes. My posture has improved tremendously, I’m pain-free in my shoulder, and have now started running. Ben is a great teacher and trainer; I highly recommend him.
I started training with Ben after I saw the results that my wife was getting. For me, I needed to work on my posture and general physical health. Trying to undo decades of bad posture has taken several months, but the early results have been great. I suffer less from lower back, neck and shoulder pain. Ben's techniques are increasing my awareness of and helping me balance my body, with the goal of moving more effectively. I highly recommend Ben and Functional Fitness to everyone, especially anyone that sits at a desk for work.
I was having a lot of pain on my knees, spend time with chiropractor and physio and it kept coming back, one day I had a chat with a friend and mentioned that I should try functional training. At first I was skeptical about it but the pain was getting worst and It kept me away from running and playing soccer, so I decided to give it a try and see what it does.. well after seeing Ben 2x for a full hour and a half sessions it change my perspective on how your body can do so much. I can honestly say that I am in the happy zone again running and able to play soccer without feeling the annoying pain on my knees. Ben is well versed on what he does, will definitely continue working with him and if anyone out there looking for a good trainer, I highly recommend him.
Ben is your guy if you want to fix that long-time ache and pain of yours that limits your ability to be awesome and enjoy life to the fullest. I personally had very bad shoulder and neck pain that caused me frequent migraines that Ben did a lot to help with. This guy is your ideal trainer because he's very patient and caters the lessons to your needs because he really wants to help YOU. The lessons are engaging and fun and you'll be very sore after. I love all the knowledge bombs he dropped and I'll be using those tips for life!
When I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes I began a health and wellness journey which also brought along it's fair share of injury. I first went to Ben to help me recover from the injuries as a result of poor form at the gym, as well as work on improving my techniques to prevent further injuries. The tools Ben gave me have helped me continue on with my workout program and with the new form, have been injury free. On a side note, he has also been part of the team that helped me reverse my diagnosis. I am extremely happy with the progress I have made with Ben, and look forward to continuing that health and wellness journey. Working on functional movement extends beyond the gym, as our environment impacts how we use our bodies, and how we are meant to use our bodies. Excellent work with Ben; he's kind, encouraging, and has a vast knowledge of how the body works, and how it should work. Thanks for everything Ben!
